This week in our Trend Talk we are going to focus on one that has been seen on the street style influencers at couture fashion week in Paris this month. This is not the first time that this trend has cropped up. But this Time it is being done a tiny bit differently. It has gone glam! Forget casual cotton military style jackets and think more tailored satin khaki blazers! It’s important that you go glam when doing Khaki this time around!
Following the usual format of our Trend Talks, below we have a breakdown of two outfits, one casual and one dressy, focused on the trend topic of this week.
Casual, now here’s a tough one! Swing as the whole feel around the Khaki trend this season is glammed up Khaki! So what we suggest is taking a jacket in a satin fabric to add the edge of luxe to your look. Then go for your favourite pair of denim and roll neck, or t-shirt come the warmer weather, and a pair of sneakers. Done!
