Pynck recently went to Bianconi’s Italian restaurant on the Merrion Road – a stone’s throw away from St Vincent’s Private Hospital Dublin 4. We sampled the Caprese salad with the avocado and balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The specials as you can see have beautiful fish dishes .
The wine is mainly from Italy . The staff are very friendly. The icecream is homemade – we couldn’t resist and had the rum and raisin which was delightful. Lunch dinner and breakfast are also served at this restaurant and they have a special kiln for Piazzas. Bianconi’s Italian Eatery is definitely One for a meal out!
