One of the most eagerly anticipated films of the year, Todd Phillips’s Joker, opens in our brand new Cinema 1 this Friday, exclusively in 70mm. Winner of the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival, tickets are selling very fast. Don’t miss out! Book HERE.

DUBLIN ARABIC FILM FESTIVAL OCT 4-6
This sixth edition showcases the diverse output of Middle Eastern and North African cinemas, with five screenings at the IFI from The Reports on Sarah and Saleem on Friday 4th to Burnout on Sunday 6th, followed by a Q&A with director Nour Eddine Lakhmari.

Fresh from its Golden Lion win at the Venice Film Festival, Joker starring Joaquin Phoenix and Robert DeNiro opens this Friday and will screen exclusively in spectacular 70mm at the IFI. Tickets are now on sale and going fast for the opening weekend!
LOSING ALASKA – THURS 3rd (18.30)
This timely documentary looks at the small Alaskan town of Newtok which is slowly vanishing into the sea. All the while, the Yup’ik people strive to maintain their way of life, fishing and hunting in the traditional way. Followed by a Q&A with director Tom Burke.
