COUNTING DOWN TO DCNYF 2020!
Get ready… Dublin Chinese New Year Festival will mark the Year of the Rat with a two week programme of events from Jan 24- Feb 10.
The festival began in 2008, so this year we are celebrating our 13th year and begin a brand new zodiac cycle, welcoming The Rat!
We’ll announce the fantastic full programme next month but, in the meantime, we have some exciting announcements…
SPRING FESTIVAL FAIR
Dublin City Fruit & Vegetable Market, Mary’s Lane

Dublin’s iconic Fruit and Vegetable Market will reopen for two days of music, colour and fun as the Spring Festival Fair returns to welcome Chinese New Year in Dublin. Everyone is invited to celebrate with a jam-packed programme that includes workshops, performances, tasty food stalls, demos and lots more.
KILDARE VILLAGE WELCOMES CHINESE NEW YEAR

Kildare Village, with over 100 boutiques and an authentic village atmosphere, is the perfect shopping destination and offers a great day out this Chinese New Year. Visitors on Sat 1 and Sun 2 Feb can enjoy a colourful programme of Chinese New Year celebrations, with lots of family-friendly activities.

The fantastically talented Inner Mongolia National Art Theatre is bringing world-class cultural heritage acts to Dublin during their grand tour of Europe, to celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Rat.
