As one of the oldest registered companies in the world, Rathbornes 1488 truly has an extraordinary pedigree. Established in Dublin in the year 1488, the company has seen many twists of fate and fortune but has survived and thrived for more than 500 years. In 2015, the company added another chapter to its history with the launch of a range of luxury candles now stocked in many of Ireland’s most exclusive stores.
