Western boots have been in for a while, but it is only of recent that the trend has seemed to gain traction. In some form or another, western style boots are pretty much an easy staple. Think ankle boots with the odd subtle detail. But in the catwalks and in the boutiques of designers there is definitely an emphasis on longer, knee high versions! But this can be difficult to do!
But fear not, we have found a way that you can incorporate this trend into you existing wardrobe with ease and style!
Previously we have split out or designer trend talks and the what’s in the high street version, but going forward these posts will be merged. To really provide a “look for less” feel. We will be featuring one curated designer outfit, with similar high street versions or every item!
For this trend, we thought it best to stay simple and go with a pair of jeans tucked into some knee high western cowgirl boots. Paired with an oversize blazer cinched in over a simple roll neck. It is probable that you already have a favourite pair of jeans and roll neck and even a belt suitable in your existing wardrobe. So go ahead and utilise those!
