With a view to the resumption of cinemas on December 15, we have organized 6 days of screenings with the program of the Cannes Cinematographic Meetings, from December 15 to 20. We have adapted the Rencontres to current sanitary conditions and we have planned to present many films in 4 cinemas in Cannes ( Espace Miramar , les Arcades cinema , Alexandre III theater and Olympia cinema ). Some guests will be present to lead discussions and masterclasses and other guests will be present with us, virtually.
On the program: a competition of eight films (our famous Panorama of festivals ) with the maintenance of the Audience Award, the Cannes Junior Screen Award with six films presented *, numerous premieres including several from the Official Selection of the Cannes Film Festival 2020, 5 films from the Cannes Classics selection at the Cannes Film Festival (including 2 preview documentaries) …
