A little something to lift your spirits in lockdown
Not quite the new year we all expected but we do hope you are all safe and well at home.
We are busy using the opportunity to plan for our re-opening planning new menus, painting & decorating and enjoying working in our garden and lakeshore while seeing some signs of Spring coming to life. Our Head Chief Patricia has shared a wonderful recipe with you that we hope you will enjoy recreating.
Our lockdown is allowing us to explore and rediscover some wonderful lakeshore walks and trails – all within our 5km! We cant wait to share these hidden gems with you when you hopefully return to stay.
