A FULL week of upskills webinars kicks off in celebration of International Women’s Day this Monday 8th March with Lisa Farrall, Rosie Briscoe and Michelle Summer-Davis in their session commemorating inspirational women within the hairdressing community.

The Hairdressers Journal opening webinar on Monday at 10am introduces a week of talks and articles by leading women in the industry, a line-up that also includes Jennifer Wade this Wednesday, 10 March at 10am and Sheree Thompson on Thursday 11 March at 4pm. The Professional Beauty line-up will include webinars by waxing specialist Marta Zaczkowska on Wednesday at 12pm and on Friday 12 March a written article by Fiona Peerless of Australian Bodycare will be released.

“What I have learned this year is to keep it relative to the day as in what is my focus, my priority for the business but also for myself and my team,” Group spa manager for Center Parcs’ Aqua Sana spas Kay Pennington said just one week ago at the Professional Beauty World Conference. “We have had to be very nimble, very adaptable to a lot of change and try and take it in our stride day by day.”
