A former lawyer, photographer and collector of inspirations, Sophie Pfeffer designs the 5 OCTOBRE collections as testimonials that reveal the sensitivity and the universes that inspire her.

Driven by travel, art, nature and far away cultures, Sophie considers the jewel as a talisman, with the desire to create iconic pieces that cross the time by their simplicity and that render the emotion of an object that having lived. These poetic creations in gold and vermeil, reveal her beams of inspirations. Her ultra-refined pieces blend elements from disparate worlds, striking a balance between antique evocations and contemporary geometric imagery.

On 2019, Sophie opened her space in Paris at 31 rue de Seine, which was André Breton’s art gallery. A flagship where Sophie explores scenographies to highlight the one-a-kind pieces and the Collection lines.

The spirit of the collections OCTOBER 5 rests on the association of the brutal and refined matter, the pears perish at the center of compositions.

The assembly is minimalist, the jewel is designed like a grigri, talisman of modern times, charged with effectiveness and protector. Inspirations find their source in travel, contemporary art and the first arts, photography, nature.
