JOIN Taste of Dublin live for an evening of full comfort food and perfect wine pairings later this month in association with Mastercard Priceless Cities and get the scoop on real Italian pasta with perfect wine pairings. Roman restaurateur Lua De Marzio of Dublin’s Rosa Madre Restaurant will whip up his famous casarecce pasta with deliciously fiery nduja pork sausage and creamy ricotta cheese at 6.30pm GMT on Thursday 15 April.

The Dublin wine scene’s Master of Wine Mick O’Connell and wine importer Shane Murphy of Neighbourhood Wine Dublin will team up to talk through choosing the right wine from 7pm GMT. It’s all happening live with an RSVP to @tasteofdub on Facebook where all recipes can be downloaded to brew up comfort food with a touch of luxury and a delicious selection of the wine pairings.
