Snow and Rock – Heading into the wild for mental health
Let’s face it. Getting out there makes you feel good, and we all know the benefits are more than physical. It’s Mental Health Awareness Week from 10th-17th May, and we’re reflecting on how our outdoor adventures have become more important than ever over the last year. Heading into the wild is our chance to switch off, reconnect, think more clearly or even think of nothing at all. It’s also a reminder to look after the places we love and to get out there at every chance we get. And you can’t do that without the right gear and a little inspiration. We can help you there.
