WHEREVER the view takes you in the newly refurbished Fia Rua Restaurant at Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort in County Wicklow there are stunning panoramas across the 18-hole championship course and beyond. And if that isn’t enough, the brand-new 72-seater restaurant is designed to reflect the magnificent views and bring the scenery indoors.

The new Fia Rua Restaurant is designed to reflect stunning panoramic views throughout

Just one of a series of refurbishments in the Manor House and on the golf course as well as the hotel itself, Fia Rua has been created as part of substantial works undertaken under the ownership of The Prem Group. With its panoramic views into the Wicklow Mountains and Blessington Lakes to delight the eyes and relax the mind, the new restaurant décor draws inspiration from the surrounding countryside while incorporating hand-cut Carrera marble, smoked oak flooring and soft furnishings along classical lines around a central hand-blown Venetian glass lighting piece designed to reflect billowing clouds that cling dramatically to nearby mountaintops.

Scheduled to open on 2 June to resident guests following recent easing of government restrictions, dinner in Fia Rua is served daily from 6pm to 9pm while Afternoon Tea is also on the menu, and diners can expect locally produced quality and organic food to prominently feature.
