Tickets on sale for the 30th anniversary of Polo Wicklow

TICKETS for the 30th anniversary of Polo Wicklow, Ireland’s only year-round polo facility have gone on sale and revellers for the two-day event beginning on 12 May can mix and match or attend right up to the final day on 14 May.

The celebration begins on Friday (12 March) at 6.30pm with new and emerging players battling it out for the Novice Cup in the arena at Polo Wicklow. Put paid to all appetites that have been worked up while cheering on the teams with pizza in Chill Dome beside the arena along with traditional Irish music by The Maguires.

On Saturday, 13 May, Ireland will face the USA on the Home Field at Polo Wicklow for the first time in three years, the international tournament marking the qualifiers ahead of Sunday’s finals. After a day of polo, the real anniversary party will make every effort to impress in a Black Tie Birthday Bash in the Polo Wicklow Clubhouse and with music by The Cazettes, dancing all night will be strongly encouraged.

Bring along a picnic for the long awaited finals between Ireland and the USA on Sunday (14 May). Admission is free to the Home Field where the action will take place.
