At Vanassibara we are always searching for a middle ground between two contrasting aesthetic forces: minimalism and maximalism. We love both because a cleverly conceived concrete grey space can be as exciting as a full-on rococo room. We believe in balance. Risk-taking is most definitely welcome, though a sense of harmony prevails in the end.
In the battle between the max and the min, what appears to be a draw, as a result, is the triumph of common sense. When discussing struggles and victories, our imagination takes us back to a remote past of reigns and kingdoms, where jewels crafted from precious metals were gifts to the winners. That’s our inspiration for our brand-new DV065 which features an elegant bracelet or girdle-like detail in the centre. Such items combine exquisite metallic finishes, which creates a unique piece of jewellery only suitable for the victorious.
