Draíocht Arts Centre
On the occasion of this major multidisciplinary festival of new works in performance and visual art (which maps the ‘here and now’ through the eyes of children and young people), the Blanchardstown venue presents a new series of specially commissioned paintings and drawings from four of Ireland’s leading artists.
Taking part in the Draíocht Artists Studio for the month of January are Una Sealy RHA, Sahoko Blake ARHA, Dorothy Smith ARHA and Zsolt Basti. The exhibition, opening on 17 February, will feature up to 45 works of portraiture and still life inspired by the sitters, curated by Sharon Murphy.
