Inside Christophe Moret’s two Michelin star restaurant at the Shangri La Hotel, Paris, holds out many culinary promises. Inside a beautiful space, with grey, plush interiors, with yellow accents, guests await their stunning dishes.
L’abeille (translated to bee, in english) offers courses that truly satisfy the taste buds, from delicate seafood dishes to rich meats all presented beautifully. The tasting menu would be recommended, whereby the chefs select three dishes, followed by stunning french cheeses and two desserts, each with a recommended wine accompaniment.
