Ready to Wear – Autumn Winter 2018

New York Fashion Week

Only way to really describe this one is grungy-boho? Boho gone bad (not bad as in a rubbish collection, we love it, but as it gone a bit more edgy and tough)? Usually associated with summer months and festivals, or sitting on a chilled beach in Ibiza, bohemian has been converted as a trend we can now all easily achieve during the winter months.

The collection consisted of many contrasting textures. With feminine prints, on flowing skirts and dresses, and touch, rough leathers with embroidered detailing. Colours were also kept rather dark, with contrasting autumnal colours such as burnt orange. Looks were completed with lots of heavy jewellery and big bags were carried, giving a grungy, tough and edgy feel to the collection.
