Monte Carlo – the Michelin Star Blue Bay Restaurant
As the Michelin Star would indicate – the Blue Bay Restaurant in Monte Carlo is an excellent chioce for some fine dining. Pynck enjoyed the Spring tasting menu which featured a variety of tasty delights. This included foie gras accompanied by meringue and mango, Fish sea bass accompanied by a pea puree. To complete the meal we had some wine – Savingy Beaune.
It is clear that the Blue Bay Restaurant is truly excellent with a chef who has an eye for detail. It deserves its Michelin star – you will not be disappointed by the tasting menu. The accompanying wines and dessert were marvellous: a soufflé with mango was just the ticket to finish off the evening.
