We are so excited about that cult British brand Astrid & Miyu is now available in Ireland, exclusively at Weir & Sons Grafton Street and online at www.weir.ie.
Best known as a go-to brand for the perfect ear and jewellery stack, prepare to be wowed by the dainty yet striking collection of earrings, ear cuffs, huggies, studs, pendants and more, available from the Astrid & Miyu pop-up store in the exhibition space at Weir & Sons Grafton Street. Astrid & Miyu has been spotted on Pippa Middleton and Jessie J, along with actresses like Lucy Hale and Emma Roberts and models including Georgia May Jagger and Chloe Lloyd, and is also a firm favourite with bloggers and influencers like In The Frow, Lydia Millen, Made In Chelsea’s Frankie Gaff and The Hill’s Whitney Port.
The brand was founded by London-based Connie Nam and Jenny Orlova in 2011 after she struggled to find cool contemporary yet affordable jewellery. Merging Nordic minimalism with Japanese craftsmanship and a cool London edge, pieces are made in plated brass or sterling silver with a choice of three platings – 18ct rose gold, 14ct gold and rhodium. Stones are cubic zirconia while earring posts are sterling silver and all jewellery is nickel free.
