On Saturday May 18th, from 12:00 – 2:00pm, award winning Michelin Star chef, Kevin Thornton, will be hosting a cooking demonstration in Joyces of Wexford. Guests will be able to watch Kevin demonstrate his remarkable cookery skills while showcasing the unique features of the new De Dietrich range at Joyces of Wexford. Kevin Thornton is widely regarded as Ireland’s best chef and the great philosopher of Irish food. Co-owner, with his partner Muriel, of Dublin’s iconic restaurant Thornton’s for 26 years, Kevin’s passion, his understanding and his drive for excellence made him Ireland’s highest achieving chef as the first ever Irish chef to receive 2 Michelin stars.
