Pop Up: Louis Vuitton Menswear
Louis Vuitton is delighted to unveil its first Pre Fall-Winter 2019 and Staples Edition collections by Menswear Artistic Director, Virgil Abloh, as well as men’s shoes at the Louis Vuitton boutique in our Dublin store.
The Pre Fall-Winter 2019 collection nods to the travel centric heritage of Louis Vuitton, drawing on both Japanese uniform trends and North American cultural references. The scope of this collection is wide, and the result is a series of key pieces that carry symbolic meaning as well as being visually trendsetting.
The Staples Edition collection is Abloh’s take on the notion of wardrobe staples. The standalone collection redefines the idea of clothing essentials, consecrating this idea with pieces rooted in sportswear, normcore and the casual dress code to create a new understanding of “staples”.
