Inspired by Ireland’s largest gardening festival “Bloom” and to celebrate the Rooftop opening seven days a week, they have launched a new floral cocktail menu to the hotel for summer. The four new cocktails are the perfect summer tipples to enjoy while watching the sun move across the Dublin city skyline, all from the perfect vantage point on the Rooftop.

The Bloom Gin & Elderflower Tonic celebrates this popular take on the classic G&T – the perfect evening refreshment, made all the more tempting thanks to a sprinkling of edible flowers to top it off! The Spring Flower gin cocktail is a fresh blend of hibiscus, peach, lemon and Seedlip spice, shaken with a frothy egg white head, and finished with orange zest and seasonal berries.

The Floral Negroni is a perfectly pink fusion of Gordon’s Pink Gin, italicus, Cocchi Rosa and a dash of grapefruit bitter, while the Daisy Chain is a delicate mix of lavender infused Absolut vodka, with lemon and passionfruit and topped off with perfectly sparkling prosecco. All floral cocktails cost €14 and are available until the end of August.

From June, the Rooftop Bar & Terrace will be open to the public every day for the summer months with priority access for guests.
