COME CREATE YOUR OWN ART
Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of embroidery with Pink & Hancock, get sticking and glueing with Naomi Vona, create your own limited edition screen print with Benjamin Thomas Taylor and share a secret at Gommie’s real adventure island at the fair opening THIS THURSDAY and on all weekend.
This series of creative workshops is all presented by charity partner CALM. As part of The CALM Art Collective, these creative experiences will bring together artists and art lovers to explore the benefits of art on our wellbeing and mental health.
Schedule as follows:
Thursday, 6-9PM: Pink & Hancock embroidery workshop. Free drop-in session.
Friday, 6-9PM: Poster Collage with Naomi Vona. Free drop-in session.
Saturday, 2-3.20 & 3.40-5PM: Benjamin Thomas Taylor: DIY Screen Printing. £5pp, proceeds go to CALM, BOOK HERE. Last spaces left!
Sunday, 2-5PM: This is the real Adventure Island with Gommie. Free drop-in session.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
GETTING HERE
The Other Art Fair is located in Bloomsbury, a 2-minute walk from Holborn Station and a 30-minute walk from Regent’s Park. There is parking available at Bloomsbury Car Park, but we advise travelling by train or public transport if possible. You can find them at Victoria House | Southampton Row | London WC1A 2QP. There’s lots to see so ensure you leave plenty of time for browsing. Find the opening times (here)
Tickets are available online (here) or you can head straight to the Fair and buy your tickets at the door. Advance tickets are £9 for Students and Seniors, and £11 for Adults. Kids under 16 go free. Got a Friday ticket and want to come Sunday? No problem, we can make it happen! We will accept your ticket on any day of the weekend and you can return anytime. Tickets can either be printed or shown on a mobile phone for entry.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Got your eye on something and want to take the plunge? Buying an artwork at the fair is simple and easy. All sales are done through our central system, there are two desks at either end of Victoria House which are clearly sign posted. If the price is a little too much to swallow then check out Own Art for an interest-free loan. Once you’ve completed your purchase, head to Stephen Morris’ for free art packing!
