The Supermodel:Naomi Campbell was the first woman of colour to receive a special award at the British Fashion Awards in London. The global superstar thanked Caroline Rush of the fashion World for her help and and paid tribute to her mother for her success and has been inspired by other coloured role models such as Iman and Grace Jones.

She said there is a lot of young emerging talent emerging, particularly from Africa. Naomi also paid tribute to her sisters for life, other models: Linda, Kristy and Kate. She also mentioned that she passed the Royal Albert Hall everyday growing up and was touched by being presented by this accolade in the Royal Albert Hall itself on Monday night 2nd December 2019.
