If you’re a gin fan, a spirit devotee or a cocktail disciple, then you won’t want to miss the Dublin Drinks Mixer event later this year. This event will offer fans of these classy drinks the chance to sample hundreds of craft spirits and drinks from all around the world.

The event is organised by the Celtic Whiskey Shop on Dawson Street in Dublin, who are also the brains behind Whiskey Live Dublin and last year’s Gin Experience. Its owner, Alistair Alpine, said about the upcoming event: ‘We want to showcase and promote the very best of craft spirits from Ireland and across the globe under one roof.’ He also added that the event will give its attendees and members of the trade the opportunity the chance to meet the faces behind long-established brands, as well as new arrivals to the drinks industry.

Interactive displays and cocktail competitions with renowned bartenders and mixologists battling it out for prizes worth up to €750 will also take place at the event. The event will be held at the National Convention Centre and will feature over 100 different alcohol brands. Dublin Drinks Mixer will take place on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th April, with one session on Friday and two on Saturday.

At least €10 from every ticket sold at the event will be donated to charity partner DEBRA Ireland, along with the money raised from a raffle during the event.
