Struggling to get organised? I suppose most of us are. In my search for effective ways to organise myself and increase my effectiveness, I stumbled across a new tool. The panda-planner is a research based planner that has been developed through customer feedback for years now.

The great thing about using this planning tool, I found, was that it instantly increases your motivation to stay on task. It includes sections that are designed to direct you into a mindset dominated by positive emotion.

It asks you to start each day by listing things you are grateful for. Now this might seem silly at first, but when you listen to almost any performance coach, you realise that the power of gratitude is not to be underestimated.

It also asks you to list things you look forward to. Now, this might seem distracting when what sounds more intuitively productive is to focus on the hard work. However, I have realised from experience of using the panda-planner that looking forward to something puts you in a positive mind-frame that makes the present task seem less effortful.

The panda-planner also has a several sections for listing priorities for the day, time-schedule (half-hours), tasks (tick-boxes), and end of day review (wins and how to improve). It also has monthly and weekly sections for planning ahead. You can take my word for it, look on the website (https://pandaplanner.com) or read up on performance and planning research if you like.

The panda planner will help you reclaim your free time and bring joy to working towards your goals.
