Your new self care routine

May 2020 be full of self love and self care! Let the start of the decade be about you and remember just how important it is to take care of yourself. Let this be a promise you make, and prioritise finding some you time each week! 

Below we have a few tips or rituals that we would recommend if you wanted to take perhaps an evening a week where you make it all about you! 

Have a bath! Get out your favourite oils and candles and have a real soak! Let the tension that has built up melt away and perhaps take the time to practise some deep breathing.

Read a book or listen to audible! Rather than binge watching Netflix , change the habit and read a book or download some self care/ motivational books on audible. Listen while you have your bath or schedule some time each evening to do this. 

Get yourself a new mug. Your special mug, and make your self a cup of tea before bed, and really savour the time winding down. Imagine the hot tea cleansing you of stress and melting away the tensions of the day! 

Journal. Write it all down. Get it out there on paper, before bed and in the morning before your day. Just get it out and then you will not carry stresses around with you through the day, or let them interfere with your sleep.
