Chelsea Sidecar

Replace cognac in a Sidecar with gin, and this is what you get – the perfect recipe for when you run out of tonic at home, but still have some triple sec to hand.

YIELD

Makes 2 (each 50 ml)

TOTAL TIME

5 Minutes

 

Ingredients

45ml of dry gin

30ml of triple sec

30ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp of sugar syrup

Ice cubes, to shake

Lemon twist, to garnish

2 small martini glasses

 

Method

Step – Shake all the ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and strain into a small chilled martini glass.

Step 2 – Garnish with a lemon twist.
