Graham Norton launches Prosecco DOC Rosé

Prosecco DOC Rosé, is a brand-new category the production of which was formally authorized by Italian authorities from August 1st, 2020.  It was officially released on November 1st so we can expect to see Rosé Prosecco taking off here for Christmas 2020.

The Prosecco DOC Rosé has been in the pipeline for some time and has now been approved by Italy’s Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. The arrival of rosé Prosecco – which can be made from Glera and Pinot Noir adds a new product which is bound to be popular with wine consumers.Straight out of the traps is the Graham Norton’s Own Sparkling Frizzante Rosé wine which has been launched on the Irish market, just in time for Christmas.

The new pink frizzante – a collaboration between Graham Norton and Kiwi wine company Invivo & Co is a welcome partner to the range. ‘Graham Norton’s Own Italian Sparkling Frizzante Rosé’, the fifth addition to Graham Norton’s Own award-winning range of still and sparkling wines  The GN Rosé Frizzante’ will be available in Tesco, and on www.WinesOfTheWorld.ie and in independent off licenses nationwide, priced €12.00
