Taste of Dublin Live kicks off the Year of the Ox with cocktails and Chinese classics

THE Irish food festival Taste of Dublin will return for the Chinese New Year of the Ox in association with Mastercard Priceless Cities Live on Thursday 18 February at 6.30pm GMT with crowd-pleasing classic Chinese recipes and paired cocktails. The 2021 online series will be kicking off with Ciaran Melody and Eoin Crossan-Murphy of Mint Events along with Chef Li Kee of China Sichuan Restaurant Sandyford. The trio will be demonstrating how to make ‘The Honest Ox’ cocktail with The Liberties Dublin Whiskey followed with China Sichuan’s crowd-pleasing classic, Kung Po Chicken.

Celebrate the Chinese New Year with cocktails by Mint Events at 6.30pm GMT and cook-along with China Sichuan at 7pm GMT.
