TASTE of Dublin and Mastercard Priceless Cities is kicking off a summer of sipping cocktails and barbecue live this Thursday, 6 May from The Marker Hotel Dublin’s rooftop terrace.

The Marker’s Executive Chef Gareth Mullins will team up with Mixologist Adam Phillips, bringing the summer BBQ to life with best loved recipes from the hotel’s food and drink menus. The evening begins at 6.30pm GMT with grilled fillet of beef and lamb cutlets in Chimichurri sauce followed at 7pm with the Solero Cocktail and a cucumber and Elderflower Martini.
