Not long now until you can explore Turner’s Modern World at Tate Britain.
Living and working at the peak of the industrial revolution, J.M.W Turner broke with convention to paint the times in which he lived.
This landmark exhibition follows his fascination with the way the world was changing, including his engagement with the 1832 Reform Act and the campaign against slavery.
