Teeling Distillery re-opens to visitors
Teeling Distillery will re-open for distillery tours on Saturday 22nd May, 2021 with a variety of tasting tours on offer. You can fill your own personalised bottle of Distillery Exclusive Teeling Whiskey, or simply wander and enjoy the renovated exhibition space for an insight in the wonderful world of whiskey distilling. You can even get an iconic Teddy’s ice cream, relax with a Cloudpicker coffee with a Medialuna pastry in the Phoenix Café, or continue your day out with a take away Teeling Whiskey cocktail from the new summer menu! The Distillery is close to a host of attractions such as Dublinia, Christchurch and St Patrick’s Cathedral, making for a wonderful stop on a walking tour!
Opened in 2015 Teeling Distillery was the first new distillery in Dublin for over 125 years and started the revival of Dublin whiskey production. Over the last six years, it has become a stalwart in the vibrant Dublin tourism scene and has welcomed over 500,000 visitors over this time as well as being honoured as one of the best Whiskey Visitor Attractions in the World.
The Teeling Whiskey Distillery offers a modern, fully operational Irish whiskey distillery experience. The emphasis since opening has been on providing a high quality experience as well as producing a world class quality of whiskey. Over the last five years, over 3 million litres of new make whiskey spirit has been produced, which filled near 25,000 casks and is now a core component of Teeling Whiskey expressions.
The Visitor Experience is now open: Saturday 22nd and 29th May from 11-7pm and on Sunday 23rd and 30th May from 11-6pm
From 3rd June the opening times are : Thursday & Friday 12pm-6pm, Saturday 11am – 7pm and Sunday 11am – 6pm
