Duarte is a young brand, founded in 2016 by Carlos Duarte, which offers, intelligent, authentic and contemporary pieces of clothing for the men’s and woman’s wardrobe, developed with years of experience in Tailoring that our team possesses. Each prêt-á-porter collection, introduces a small evolution in this area, to improve continuously and surpass us every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
AW21 collection is inspired in Alvaro Siza’s work, best Portuguese architect nowadays. In 2019 he won the Spanish Nacional award of Architecture and in 1992 he won a Pritzer award besides others.
Siza projects his poetic vision of architecture through white and static buildings surrounded by nature and forest.
Minimalistic architecture between the purest nature is our main inspiration for this collection, we’ve tried to mix the solitude of Siza´s buildings and the rawness of nature around them to search for new silhouettes, materials, colors and textures.
