Spa and wellness industry gears up for awards in London

THE momentum is building towards this October when the World Spa & Wellness Awards takes place in London, marking the return to of traditionally in-person and face-to-face global recognition of excellence in the industry’s client care, service and standards.

The awards to be presented to leading spas and wellness centres this October are in the process of being independently judged by experienced industry professionals in standards set out by the UK-based Professional Beauty Group, the leaders in spa and beauty awards for more than 30 years.

Among the winners in past years has been Remède Spa at The St Regis Aspen Resort, Crown Spa Perth and Fonteverde Tuscan Resort Spa Italy as well as the Spa at The Oyster Box South Africa.

“We were so ecstatic and very excited about winning this award,” said Oyster Box spa manager Jackie Armitage. “It is a great honour to be recognised and such an achievement. This is a very prestigious international award and we feel it will be greatly beneficial as it makes our spa stand out and makes us a role model for future standards to be set.”

Tickets for the World Spa & Wellness Awards may be purchased online at https://wswawards.com. Entries have been received from around the world for the Spa of the Year and Worldwide categories and the awards will be presented on 17 October in London England.
