Teeling Whiskey Crowned Overall Irish Whiskey Master
Teeling Whiskey, has been awarded the top honour in four categories at the 2021 annual Irish Whiskey Masters. Teeling Whiskey came first in the highly competitive Irish Single Malt and Irish Single Grain categories, and received 10 medals including 4 Masters, 5 Gold and 1 Silver for their whiskey range.
Entries increased by over 60% for the 2021 Irish Whiskey Masters competition, which received almost 100 entries from 27 Irish Whiskey companies. Teeling Whiskey were awarded top marks for their Teeling Whiskey Single Grain and the soon to be released Teeling Whiskey 13 Year Old Single Grain, as well as the Masters Awards for two of their aged Single Malts, Teeling Whiskey Renaissance 18 Year Old Single Malt (Series 3) and Teeling Whiskey VRC 32 Year Old Single Malt. There were also Gold Medals for the Teeling Small Batch, Teeling Single Pot Still and Teeling Single Malt
Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey is created using a mash bill consisting of 95% corn and 5% malted barley, that is triple distilled and matured exclusively in French Oak Ex-Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks from California, resulting in a truly unique Irish Whiskey.
