Celebrate Magic Of Harvest Moon at The Ivy Dawson Street
This autumn, The Ivy Dawson Street will honour age-old traditions with an enchanted autumnal inspired installation, a bespoke seasonal cocktail menu created with Johnnie Walker.
The installation launched on Monday, in celebration of the full moon, known as Harvest Moon and is running through until Sunday, 31 October. The Ivy Dawson Street is the perfect place to experience a mix of age-old traditions and glamour this season. Offering guests and passers-by a beautiful photo opportunity, the Harvest Moon installation includes an abundance of oversized vegetables, dried flowers, and a spectacular glowing full moon.
Partnering with one of life’s true icons, Johnnie Walker, the special Harvest Moon cocktails on offer include the Perfect Pear (€12.75), with Johnnie Walker Black Label, Poire William Miclo, funkin pear puree, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, egg white and aromatic bitters, topped with a cinnamon stick and caramelised pear for the ultimate autumn delight.
The Fields of Gold (€13.75) cocktail includes crushed cardamom pods, Johnnie Walker Black, Grand Mariner, lemon juice, maple syrup and pineapple juice served with a pineapple leaf and grated nutmeg.
For true whiskey fans, the Harvest Moon cocktail (€30.00) is sure to delight and includes Johnnie Walker Blue, Poire William Miclo, Pedro Ximenez and Peychaud bitters served with an orange twist.
For an autumn taste sensation, try the Thyme For Harvest cocktail (€11.75) which includes Johnnie Walker Black Label, beetroot juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup, ginger beer served with thyme sprigs lemon twist.
Fans of a summer Aperol will love the Foraged Boulevardier cocktail (€9.95) which includes Johnnie Walker Black Label, Dolin Chambryzette strawberry vermouth and Aperol for a harvest take on a summer favourite.
