Hedi Slimane launches a collection of scented candles for Celine
After a first collection of fragrances launched in 2019, Hedi Slimane, the artistic director of the house Celine, unveils a line of candles that completes the high perfumery.
If the creator himself imagined the compositions, which take up themes that are dear to him such as Paris or the French tradition, the candles are designed by a wax craftsman according to meticulous know-how that best reproduces the olfactory accords. It was also Hedi Slimane who designed the candle container, a faceted black glass inspired by the design of an 18th century silver goblet, reminiscent of perfume caps. This collection of eight candles comes with an elegant set of accessories, such as a snuffer, wick cutter, lid, matches and a travel case.
The Celine candle collection by Hedi Slimane is available in preview from September 20 to October 10, 2021 at Bon Marché Rive Gauche as well as in the Haute Parfumerie boutique located at 390 rue Saint Honoré, Paris I.
