The news that Mr Big (aka John James Preston, played by Chris Noth) had met his end after using the brand’s exercise bike hit hard at fans around the world. Peloton, however, has hit back, releasing a short video commercial showing Mr Big alive and well with Peloton trainer Allegra (Peloton trainer Jess King).

‘The Big Funeral’ follows on from the spinoff’s first episode
The premise of the brand’s use in the series was not revealed to Peloton prior to airing, and one of their cardiologists has weighed in to say that Mr Big’s death was down to his lifestyle and not as a result of the exercise bike.
