Christmas FM is back on air and online

Christmas FM began its 14th annual 24 hours a day, seven days a week broadcast just a few days ago on 28 November. While the station’s studio, kindly donated by askpaul.ie is expected to close on 27 December ending the on air portion of the show the fully volunteer team of radio jockeys have been known to continue online, which this year along with the website, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter includes TikTok @christmasfm.

The Christmas FM elves have worked tirelessly each year in raising funds in aid of charity partners, and this year aim to raise over €250,000 in donations for Barnardos to provide support for over 5,000 children in need. In addition, the funds raised online and on social media as well as through text messaging will support Barnardos’ education and therapeutic service programmes.

With the support of Premier FM Sponsors Cadbury, Coca-Cola and Irish postal service An Post, the funds raised on behalf of Barnardos will be donated in their entirety.
