Make sure you try the new range of premium chocolates produced by Paul Young.  Paul worked in the hospitality industry for many years in various roles and was a well-known figure on the Dublin restaurant scene.  In 2018 he studied pastry and baking and the result is this new venture that creates a range of high-quality artisan chocolates, sold under the name Flow.

When Covid closed all the restaurants, Paul acted and set up his new venture creating and selling a range of premium chocolates. Paul exclusively makes his bonbons from one of Switzerland’s best known chocolate producers Felchin.  An ethical producer who values sustainability and traceability for all the cacao they source. All their chocolate is guaranteed GMO free.

The selection includes indulgent flavours that includes Morello Cherry Caramel, Liquorice & Sea Salt; Blood Orange Caramel & Aged Balsamic;  Crunch Hazelnut & Pain d’Epices;  Williams Pear, laurel Leaf & Milk Chocolate and Passion Fruit, Mango & Kaffir Lime.  These wow flavours are the perfect end to any dinner party, or simply to be enjoyed as an indulgent treat.  Why not treat the chocolate lover in your life to a box of these wonderfully made chocolates, a real pick me up!

The collection includes a box of 9 handmade chocolates (pictured) and a 15-box size.  Look out for a box of 30 hand-made chocolates (coming soon).
