As demand for spa-style bathrooms continues, Triton has unveiled its new Push Button Bar Diverter mixer shower, designed to offer enhanced functionality combined with a contemporary finish.

The diverter feature allows homeowners to easily switch between a single spray pattern handset and overhead fixed (rainfall) shower drencher at the push of a button. Benefitting from thermostatic temperature control, the product helps to maintain a consistent, comfortable water temperature – perfect for safe family showering.

In addition to a traditional chrome finish, the Push Button Bar Diverter is available in an on-trend matt black finish – offering suitability for pared-back and more contemporary design schemes alike. A stylish glass shelf adds to the overall look, providing an ideal location to place shampoo bottles and other shower products.

Tina Simpson, Marketing Director at Triton Showers, comments: “The bathroom should be a sanctuary, providing not only functionality, but a welcome retreat in the home, too.

“Our new Push Button Diverter has been designed with this in mind, offering an easy-to-use and safe solution that comes in a visually-striking package – without compromising on performance. Intuitive controls ensure the mixer provides an effortless experience, and the two distinct finishes mean it can slot into virtually any interior scheme.

“Chrome has historically been a go-to in bathroom design and not without reason, as it can so easily be paired with almost any colour. For an understated look, it works well with light greys, creams and white, as it effortlessly complements neutral tones and adds subtle interest. Equally, for a more striking look, it can be integrated with a stand-out backdrop – from dark hues through to bright colour pops.

“The matt black design is perfect for more contemporary and bold interior schemes. Black accessories work so well in the bathroom as it adds depth, while a softer, matt finish offers a more muted alternative to gloss. It can be paired with greys and dark shades such as midnight blue and forest green to create a more statement design, whereas complementing with white, pinks and lighter shades can create a more delicate theme.”
