A vibrant celebration of Irish fashion and design at Showcase 2023

JUST under 400 designers, crafters and makers were at the RDS in Dublin Ireland for two inspiring and innovative days (22-24 January) in a vibrant celebration of Irish fashion and design.

This year’s theme showcased the ‘The Dancehall’, a contemporary presentation featuring a blend of models in Irish fashion designs inspired by the Irish dancehall culture of the 19th Century.

Highlights at Showcase 2023 featured the annual awards ceremony, the launch of this Talks Stage opened by Irish Minister of State Neale Richmond with industry talks and panel discussions, a curated selection of Irish-made designs in The Edit and the launch of the Design & Crafts Council Ireland (DCCI) Academy.
