This year’s festive message was fully produced by our Third Year Stage Management & Technical Theatre and performed by Third Year Acting students.

Robe Open Day

Join us on January 9th, 2025 for this FREE exclusive Open House event with technical partner ROBE lighting.

ROBE is among the world’s leading moving light manufacturers, recognised for its innovation, quality engineering, and dedication to the very highest production values. ROBE will be showcasing a wide range of their most current fixtures.

Join the ROBE team for a live demonstration. This is open to all levels of lighting experience from those who are curious to professional lighting experts.

Lir at Work Courses

The Lir at Work is our communications training programme using acting techniques for people in the workplace. Check our upcoming communication skills workshops that are open to book on an individual basis, allowing you to enjoy our practical, engaging workshops, training alongside like-minded people from other organisations.

Public Speaking, Fighting The Fear (In-Person) / January 30th / 10.00-17.00
This public speaking course incorporates a range of theoretical, practical and performance modules used to train professional actors. Under the expert guidance of our Voice & Performance coach, you will learn breathing, mindfulness and tension release exercises that will support your confidence.

Presenting Made Brilliant (In-Person) / February 27th / 10.00-17.00
This practical public speaking course will help you transform your presentations at work – by empowering you with the presentation skills necessary to deliver an impactful, confident and engaging performance when you need it the most.

Storytelling for Business (In-Person) / February 21st / 9.20-17.00
Storytelling for Business, is an effective communication skills workshop that will teach you how to use the power of storytelling to connect with, influence and inspire audiences with greater impact than ever before. .

Youth Academy 2025

Course Begins: 11th Jan (10 weeks)
Duration: 10am – 12:30pm, SaturdaysYouth Academy will be returning for a new term in January 2025. This is for both returning and new students who are joining the class for the first time! Each course focuses on the core elements of acting training, with the courses separated into two age categories: 12-14 and 15-17.
