Could a collection feel more autumnal? Like seriously? Lagerfeld has once again created the ultimate spectacle for his latest Chanel collection at the Grand Palais.
With a runway complete with trees (yes trees) and fallen leaves scattered across the entire floor, looks were very seasonal and went perfectly with the chosen backdrop. Of course colours were dark and muted, but with the odd pop of red and dusty pink looks. We absolutely love the bright scarfs! Fabric was also a tiny bit sparkly, and there were also some metallic pieces thrown in, offset with the texture of the classic Chanel tweed. Statement boots had a heavy feature, so pairing thigh highs under longer length skirts will still be a thing come next season. Practical and stylish.
