Bellarel’s designs are aimed at busy, working women who love and appreciate the ease and simplicity of being able to pop on a dress that they feel confident and comfortable in to go to work. The collection features 3 unique stretch jersey dresses and one viscose shirt dress. Carmen the pencil, Maie the wrap, which also comes in a limited edition colour, Ellie the A line and Lily the limited edition shirt dress. Sizes currently range from UK 10-14 with some size 16’s coming into production shortly. Each limited edition print is produced in small quantities and new prints will be added as they sell out. Bellarel was founded by Susannah Jackson who began her career in the hospitality industry. Throughout Susannah’s career, her management style was very hands-on, meaning practical, comfortable clothes were a must. However, Susannah also needed to look chic and smart at all times. Susannah’s go-to outfit was a glamourous, easy maintenance jersey dress that not only looked great for work but could be switched up with jewellery and shoes to take her out socially at the end of a busy day. This style was frustratingly hard to source and so the seed for Bellarel was sown as Susannah identified a gap in the market for a constantly available and affordable range of ‘desk to dinner dresses’.
Designed with smart, busy women in mind, Bellarel’s creations are made in machine washable soft, stretchy, figure-flattering fabrics, strong timeless colours that work across the seasons with sophisticated feminine touches in knee, arm length and neckline.
