Designer Black Tape Project for Miami Swim Week 2019 powered by Art Hearts Fashion

The Black Tape Project is a scintillating visual extravaganza that has captivated audiences around the globe. Prepare to be mesmerized as the barriers of creative fashion are pushed to their limits. The Black Tape Project is an exclusive fashion experiment which attempts to creatively display the sensual nature of the human form as it vacillates between the realms of innovation and seduction.

The final product is an art form that fans & critics have credited as “electrifying” and “truly unique”. Miami artist, Joel Alvarez, is the originator of The Black Tape Project. Embodying the character of Miami’s nightlife culture, The Black Tape Project incorporates one of the most common household items, coalesced with Joel’s artistic flare and the natural beauty of the human body.
A major milestone was when the Black Tape Project found its way to the cover of FHM magazine creating a design for celebrity model, Vida Guerra, shot by Michael Vincent in Los Angeles in 2011. Since then, The Black Tape Project has contributed to collaborations with Michael Bay, Rick Ross, Omarion, Carl Cox, Steve Aoki and numerous private events at well-known Miami clubs. Since its inception, The Black Tape project has traveled far beyond South Beach reaching cities such as Las Vegas, New York City, the Caribbean and several countries in Europe.

Designer Pas Jalou Swimwear for Miami Swim Week 2019 powered by Art Hearts Fashion.

The Pas Jalou Swimwear brand was officially launched on the beautiful island of Saint Lucia, on April 29th 2018. The name   “Pas Jalou” evolved from the Saint Lucian creole dialect, which means, “Don’t be Jealous”.

The Name Pas Jalou was chosen because we saw the need to send a message out to the world, that we should not be envious of what our peers may have achieved throughout their life because we can have it too. Too often our present generation and other generations constantly compare themselves to one another.

The Pas Jalou brand aims to provide fashionable style swimwear to women of almost all body types. The brand also offers uniquely styled, clean-cut board shorts for men and boys from ages 6 months and up.

Kashima Montoute, who has a Graduate degree in Finance from Leicester University, is the passionate entrepreneur behind the brand. For some more insight on the new and young entrepreneur please check out her latest article from “The Yo Magazine” on our instagram page @pasjalouswimwear
