Toni & Guy LFW

Feel free to share:

The renowned hairstyling brand Toni & Guy is marking fifteen years of collaboration with London Fashion Week. Sacha Mascolo-Tarb, Owner and Global Creative Director of Toni & Guy, has published a video to celebrate the occasion. She describes some of her favourite moments as a professional hairstylist working backstage at hundreds of LFW shows over the years.

In the video, we also hear from Cos Sakkas, Toni & Guy’s International Artistic Director. He names designer Henry Holland, of fashion brand House of Holland, as one of his personal favourites to work with at Fashion Week. Meanwhile, Daniele De Angelis, also International Artistic Director, chose to highlight his work with Paul Costelloe at LFW, in particular last season’s show, which drew inspiration from the 1960s.

It is clear that Toni & Guy’s top directors value diversity, innovative creativity, and above all, expertise when it comes to hairstyling. They aim to reflect the current trends on the catwalks of London Fashion Week through the hairstyles they create.

Across the pond, New York’s Fashion Week (hosted virtually and streamed online) featured some incredible hairstyles of its own. Pynck particularly loved Flying Solo’s innovative show. Below are some of their iconic headdresses.
