Set yourself up for the best night’s sleep

These are difficult times, and they are certainly taking their toll on alot of peoples mental health and wellbeing. One of the most common problems at the moment is sleep. Whether that be because of all of the uncertainty, or a lack of routine and not getting tired out, it’s happening to alot of us!

So we thought we would collate all of our favourite products to help you get off to sleep.

 

Start with a luxurious pair of Pyjamas (Top/ Bottoms) and Slippers. 

Lay these out and run yourself a nice relaxing bath with some Relaxing Bath oil  to help melt the stresses away. Next, cleanse your face. We love the Elemis Pro Collegen Cleansing Balm as it smells just like a spa and that is relaxing in itself! Next put on some skincare, so that you will wake up feeling beautiful. We love the Murad retinol Serum and Night Cream.

Following this, time to moisturise your body so you are nice an comfortable. Use the Neom Magnesium Body Butter for this. Then slip on your beautiful silk pyjamas and slip into your slipper. Just before bed spritz your pillow with a small amount of the Neom Lavender Pillow mist. Do not overdo this, as if you have too much lavender it acts as a stimulant, rather than a sleep aid.
